PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PHORIA ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY WHETHER ORDERED FROM WITHIN THE UK OR INTERNATIONALLY.
If you refuse your Phoria shipment, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any import fees and the cost of returning the parcel. In this instance, once the parcel has been received back, you will be refunded your total paid minus these costs.
The first thing is to check the tracking in the email sent to you when your order was dispatched to check the status of your parcel. If you are still worried about the whereabouts of your parcel after doing this, please get in touch at info@phoriajewellery.com and we will be happy to help.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK your order will likely be subject to customs or import duties which will not be covered by Phoria. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Phoria, the shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER IS SUPER EASY.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. However, you can of course return your order once you have received it. Please get in touch at info@phoriajewellery.com and we will be happy to help.
You can cancel at any time by emailing info@phoriajewellery.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in the account you paid with within 5 working days depending on your bank.
Yes! Send us an email to info@phoriajewellery.com with your updated details and we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm it has been updated. You will then receive an updated pre-order confirmation email.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or your item develops a fault, please do get in touch at info@phoriajewellery.com as we are always happy to resolve any issues.
Please also do so if your piece needs to be professionally re-plated, polished or repaired and we will share more info on our reconditioning service.
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges. We will process your refund within 5 working days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
