Returns + Exchanges

We really hope you love your Phoria purchase! However if you do wish to return an item you can do this by getting in touch at info@phoriajewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. They then must be received back within 28 days of purchase, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Phoria does not cover the cost of returns postage and does not accept returns on earrings (due to hygiene reasons). Thank you for your understanding!

Returning or exchanging your order is super easy.

  1. Email us at info@phoriajewellery.com and tell us why you want to return or exchange your order. If your return is approved we will send you a unique return reference number along with a return address.
  2. Re-package your item(s) carefully in their original packaging along with a note stating your order number, name and address.
  3. Stick the return address onto your package.
  4. Take it to your local post office and make sure you keep your proof of postage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. However, if you are based in the UK you can return your order once you have received it. Please get in touch at info@phoriajewellery.com and we will be happy to help.

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@phoriajewellery.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in the account you paid with within 5 working days depending on your bank.

Yes! Send us an email to info@phoriajewellery.com with your updated details and we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm it has been updated. You will then receive an updated pre-order confirmation email.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or your item develops a fault, please do get in touch at info@phoriajewellery.com as we are always happy to resolve any issues.

Please also do so if your piece needs to be professionally re-plated, polished or repaired and we will share more info on our reconditioning service.

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges. We will process your refund within 5 working days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
